Trevor’s passion for helping individuals and organisations break through their barriers to be more every day was fostered over four decades at the top of his careers in professional sport and the corporate world.
Known to basketball fans Australia wide, ‘TT #10’ was a member of the Perth Wildcats line up. With 253 games to his name, Trevor was a key part of the Wildcats success of the 90s and part of both the 1990 and 1991 championship teams. His tenure with the Wildcats also saw him play for his country at home and overseas.
Retiring from professional sport in the late 90s, Trevor moved to the corporate world and enjoyed a meteoric career progression finding that his discipline and self motivation to strive for peak performance was easily transferred into this new environment. Having a intuitive understanding of what it takes to make a high performing team, Trevor quickly moved into leadership roles in Australia and further afield.
As the last decade drew to a close, Trevor increasingly felt that the demands of the modern workplace and the world around us was fostering a culture where people were repressing or ‘boxing’ parts of themselves – or not having an awareness or ability to address all domains of their life for them to THRIVE. It became clear that there was a need to establish a practice that fostered potential within individuals by connecting mind, body and spirit — helping people become the best version of themselves to THRIVE. With this defining purpose, BMore was born.
