Rapid Transformational Therapy™
Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™) is a revolutionary new therapy that combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and neuroscience to help individuals become their best in an accelerated time frame.
Originally pioneered by Marisa Peer, a UK-based therapist, RTT continues to grow in global recognition and has provento be one of the most effective therapies available for achieving fast and permanent results.
Throughout your RTT journey you will work with Trevor to uncover the meaning of past and current events and then together you will use techniques that empower you to reframe how these events influence you today and in the future. This leads to permanent powerful change because RTT enables the mind to tell the body what to do. Clients typically experience permanent change with just one to three sessions.
Somatic coaching
Somatics – derived from the Greek soma, meaning body – is the discipline of taking a truly holistic view of the self, working with the wholeness of you, body and mind. It is based on the understanding that your neural network, psychology and physiology cannot be separated and in your past and present these factors have shaped who you are and how you behave.
Somatic coaching moves beyond traditional coaching to include the 'felt' experience of a person inside their body as a means of understanding what’s going on in their mind.
Neuro-linguistic
programming
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy developed in the 1970s. The foundation of this methodology is that there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioural patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
A central feature of NLP is the idea that a person is biased towards one sensory system, for instance sight or hearing. By determining which system you favour, the coaching framework can be targeted to this preference.
